Quick question....ROMs and Emulators are perfectly legal if you own the system and the game, right?
Plus, I think Nintendo no longer holds an official patent (it ran out) on the NES hardware/software, which is why other companies are now coming out with systems to play old NES games, and not getting sued for it.
Wish I could find the link to that site where they talked about all this.
