Butcher does the Harry Dresden books that spawned a one-season-long series on Sci Fi. The books are MUCH better than the series, but if you're interested you can watch the show here (http://www.hulu.com/the-dresden-files).

Eddings was good, and I like his stuff, but I felt like he just kept recycling the same story from book to book. That's the reason why Terry Goodkind, author of The Sword of Truth series, didn't get on that list above Jim Butcher.

And yeah. Hobb and Feist are awesome. :)
