Awesome on both accounts. We would love to come see the new house. I don't know if I said it already (and have a feeling I didn't), but congratulations! I'm glad you two got the house you wanted, and it wasn't too much trouble. (At least, I don't think it was?)
A few DVDs would be ~great~, because then I'll be able to excersize in the living room, instead of the den. If you remember, the den is a bit colder, and I like being comfortable when I work out. :)
