Cooking up some spaghetti sauce for dinner tonight. I say "tonight" because it is almost 2am, and so it is technically the same day. When I was younger that counted as the height of hilarity.
I was a weird kid.
As I was saying:
In twenty minutes the sauce will be done cooking for tonight, so I'll be able to turn off the burner. An hour after that, I am assuming, the pot will be cool enough to actually put into the refrigerator. Allowing it to sit all day should help mix in the flavors, and by dinner time it should be as close to perfect as I can get.
I just hope that my usual Thursday night guests (my good friends, and fellow D&D geeks Earl, Derek, and Kath) enjoy it as much as I think I will. If they don't, that's fine, I'll just make them eat grilled cheese sandwiches, or something.
Or toast.
Umm...I'm tired.
Have a good night!
