New Me, Day 29
Feb. 14th, 2005 02:46 pmWell, for those of you keeping track, this is day 29 of me trying to recreate myself by losing some weight, eating healthier, and exercising. I've been doing....okay.
I'm below 300, I think. My scale broke, keeps wavering between four different numbers, but since none of them are over 299, I feel good about that. I don't feel good that it's not a whole lot more, but I'm trying.
Food side of things is definately slipping, but I'm feeling good about the workouts.
That reminds me: If someone sent me something through FedEx recently, I never received it. I got a message on my machine left by some FedEx employee saying "Well, since you're not home, I'll leave the package at the office." The people at "the office" have no idea what the guy was talking about, since he should have left a note here with the tracking number if there really was a delivery.
Weird.
So, I'm going to go ride the bike for a while, after I do the dishes. The dishes must be cleaned first, unfortunately.
