Yesterday, the fantastic Maria took me shopping for my Christmas presents at Media Play. Originally I went there thinking I was going to be able to pick any one thing from the store that I wanted, and this had me really excited. When, after about twenty minutes of perusing the store for the right item, she told me that if I didn't mind not opening anything on Christmas day I had a $100 limit instead of an amount of item limites, I went bug-eyed, and started randomly grabbing things from the shelf.

Thankfully, I remembered that we weren't in the dollar store.

So, for Christmas I received from Maria the following things - Half Life 2 the computer First Person Shooter game, Evil Genius the computer simulation game, Two Eddie Izzard DVDs, and the Dungeons and Dragons book, Complete Divine. Oh, and this computer, but that's more of an "us" present until Maria gets herself a laptop. It's hard to think of it as a present right now, but it's definately something I'm thankful for!

She tells me that even though Santa came early this year I should continue to be good and helpful around the house because Mr. Claus is also the one delivering all my presents on my birthday. I had no idea he did that, but now I have to make sure to be good until the end of February!

Well, Evil Genius is calling to me. Time to take over the world!

Christmas is upon us in just a short number of days, and so those of us with the love of material goods in our hearts start wondering things like "What am I going to get," or "Is Santa going to leave me that PS3 I've been asking for," and "Who sat on the turtle?"

If you could only open one present on Christmas morning, what would you want to be inside?
