What drives you?

What makes you realize suddenly that something in your life needs to happen, and so you do it?

Is it friends? Is it family? Or maybe it's just that you're an extremely productive person, always on top of the game?

For me, it's realization. I almost always have to go through some kind of mental hurdle, and realize "Yes, I need to change this behavior." It's just, sort of, a mental pep-talk that helps me look at my life and alter my behavior in such a way as to lead to a better life.

So, what do you do, when you realize something has to change to make your life better? Do you hem and haw? Or do you get right on it? How do you find the courage, the strength, and the drive to get to where you need to be?

Which

I'd like to think I'm an idea kind of guy. I come up with at least three awesome ideas a week, each one sure to make me millions of dollars, fame, notoriety, and whatever else I'm looking for at the time. Some of them probably WOULD work towards making me money and fame, while others are just a fun idea; some of which I've put into practice.

I've known the action people, those that jump to it, get stuff done, snap snap and all that. Those that hear an idea, or even get their own, and are able to just jump out of their chair and make it happen. They're awesome, and I wish I had half their energy or drive. They tend to fixate on their idea, get out there, and either make it, or fail spectacularly before jumping into the next thing.

They're probably going to grow up to be millionaires.

Which do you see yourself more as? Are you an idea person, or do you go out and get results?

If you go out and get results, I've got a couple awesome ideas for you.
