jfargo101 I have a list of 101 Things To Do in 1001 Days. Today I'm starting a few of the longer ones, and hope to finish them without incident.
I was up at 5 AM this morning ("Have early riser time of 5 am become second nature") and went shopping for the next couple day's worth of groceries so we can eat all our meals at home rather than going out to eat so often ("Eat home-made meals only for a 20 day period"). I'm making what smells like a delicious pot roast ("Make 30 new food dishes") from what I bought.
So, starting two long-term goals and one numeric goal. I think that out of the three, the most difficult will be eating home-made meals for the next 20 days. I'm doing well today, but that's 1/20th of what I need to do. I'm going to have to try new foods, look for new recipes, and substitute home made for the meals I would normally eat out.
Does anybody have a good Kung Po Chicken recipe? Or Sesame Chicken?
