The food pyramid should be approached in my manner. Eat a lot of what you want. You're going to die anyway, so eat whatever makes you happy. Of course, you should always eat in moderation, but sometimes you just need to pig out. If you feel you're gaining too much weight from my method, just work out more. Calories in, calories out. It's all good.
