*nods* Carrots are great for their versatility. I learned the other day that aside from the sugar beet (which is only good for making sugar), they have the highest sugar content of any vegetable. That explains why I love munching on them. :)

These days, so many things are fortified with iron that I'm surprised you need the meat. A morning bowl of Kellogg's cereal should do you just fine. ;)

I don't mean that literally. Obviously you know yourself better than I do. I'm just surprised, is all.
