Some Things

1. bunnykissd is having a drawing for some cool stuff. Go check it out! Very cool!

2. If you're ever going to be an art model, let me give you one piece of advice: Don't listen to the teacher when he's talking about your flaws that they have to include in the drawing, like your receding hair line and big stomach. Not good for the ego, even if it's true.

3. Also, don't eat Mexican for lunch before a modeling job.

4. I'm going to a talk tonight about the Foreign Service over in Dubai. Maybe that's something I should look into? I don't know. I'll know more when I'm done tonight!

Busy day. I don't think I've been home 6 total hours since I woke up.

#4 - You should soak up everything that stops by the area about the Middle East. It will either a) convince you you don't want to follow that path, or b) have you well prepared when you finally get ready to jump in! Either way, you come out more informed without having to spend extra effort seeking out the info on your own! Plus, it doesn't hurt to make connections (I'm not a social networker myself, but it does help!) The more people who have been there, or who have some stake in the matter that you meet, the easier it will be to GET there, and the easier it will be to make a successful transition once you go. Nothing like having the number of someone from "back home" (especially if they're over there at the time too) to help get situated!
