In Other News
Jul. 23rd, 2008 02:03 pmI know I'm talking a lot about gaming lately, but I am still making sure to take time to enjoy my other pursuits. I'm still making pizzas, taking pictures, and contributing weekly to Insect POD. I'll even be doing a very special Spider Friday this week! Two posts in a week! That's pretty cool, I think, and I hope you go check them out.
Really, I am playing a lot of City of Heroes/Villains while trying to balance it with everything else. In the morning between 8 and 9 I play for an hour, then get to work. During the day I work, take care of the house, etc, and then dinner with Maria. At night, depending on what's going on, I have been playing for several hours.
It's a good time, and I'm surprised with how little I'm allowing it to interfere with my daily life. I'm normally very easily addicted to games like this. Maybe I've grown up, a little bit?
