Haven't updated on this for a while, mainly because I just haven't had the time; things have been very busy here. I've been doing some good cardio-vascular workouts, mostly stair climbing and running, with some strengthening excersizes thrown in for good measure. (I never realized how weak my arm muscles have gotten!)

Tomorrow is my first weigh-in, and I'm a bit scared that it'll not be good. We'll see...

Even if it isn't as good as you'd hoped, at least you can pride yourself on the effort you've made to improve things. And at any rate, I'm sure you've done fine. :)

Well, it wasn't as good as I had hoped, but I was definately pleased that it was a ~loss~, and not a gain.

Only 82 more days to go. :) I want to fit into a 34 pant size by then. Is that unrealistic?
