So. I slipped up. I ate too much a few too many times, and didn't sweat as much as I should have when I worked out.

I'm back up to the big 300.

I'm looking at this as a pretty big setback, but not one that's going to stop me from trying to get back up there and lose more weight. There are 75 days left in this, and though it doesn't bode well that I'm already messing up, at least I'm figuring out ~where~ I'm messing things up:

1 - Way too much pasta this week. I have to limit pasta to one night a week, and if I can, eat wheat pasta. I should definately eat the wheat pasta, especially since I've found a good one.

2 - My work outs didn't push me much at all. A bit on the bike, some crunches, and some push-ups. Enough to get me tired? Sure. Enough to actually do anything? Obviously not.

I just have to fix these two things, I think. I don't like that I went up, but I will keep pushing.

Then, I'll become famous. :)
