New Me, Day 7
Jan. 23rd, 2005 03:41 pmHaven't updated on this for a while, mainly because I just haven't had the time; things have been very busy here. I've been doing some good cardio-vascular workouts, mostly stair climbing and running, with some strengthening excersizes thrown in for good measure. (I never realized how weak my arm muscles have gotten!)
Tomorrow is my first weigh-in, and I'm a bit scared that it'll not be good. We'll see...
