If you haven't heard, a state of emergency has been called for the Buffalo area, and roughly 300,000 people were without power until today - today there's about 240,000 people without it. Blah.
We're with Maria's parents, one of the lucky 60,000 that have power, and we're okay. The first two nights were kind of rough, and I was expected to go into work yesterday with downed powerlines and trees blocking my way, but everthing turned out okay.
I don't have too much to say right now because I'm busy, but I do have some pictures, some funny stories, and some interesting thoughts that this early snow storm have stirred up in me. I'll write more once we're back home, but for now I just wanted to let people know I'm okay.
Stay warm folks.
