In an attempt to clear my mind, I'm turning to you, my dear friends.
Give me a subject that you would like to hear about from me, and I will comment back with a short story/funny anecdote/SOMETHING about that topic that I think you'll find interesting, or at least informative.
Go on, please?

With others?
At night?
During the day?
With packets and boffer weapons?
You could try to make a spirit laugh ;)

Date: 2005-11-11 07:58 pm (UTC)That's okay though, I can answer those questions because at least the first five have occurred to me before, and I've pondered over them.
Would you ever go back?
I think there would have to be a shift in my life-style, putting me back to living in that area for me to go back, at least in a "thought out" manner kind of going back. If I'm there and someone says "Let's go," I'd probably meakly nod my head and go.
Alone?
Maybe to look at it from the paved road. A mile away. Through binoculars. In a car. Maybe.
With others?
Like I said, it would kind of have to be spur of the moment. I will never suggest going there, but if someone else did, I would, most likely.
At night?
Yes. We've had experiences in both night and day there, though night-time experiences were much stronger, and if there was fog you would never get me to set foot on the road. I think if you insisted on driving in to the road while it was covered in fog, I would probably jump out of the car.
During the day?
I'd probably feel safer during the day, but like I said, there were weird things happening there every hour of the day. The answer, however, is yes.
With packets and boffer weapons?
Uh, probably not. :)
If you have any other questions, I'll do my best to answer them.

Date: 2005-11-11 08:25 pm (UTC)If I ever had such an experience, I could never do that job again. Heck, I doubt I'd go to NERO ever, since I usually enjoy walking around alone in the woods, and that'd be ruined for me for life.
So, next Friday, during our regular D&D session, Steve has warned me to "be ready, if things go badly". We're along for the ride during a war, helping to clear out a bunch of Hobgoblins, Gnolls, Orcs, etc. that are slavers. There are, oh, 800 of them. We have an army of about 525 (not including our group of 8-9). There'll only be 6 of us there that night. If WE start dropping to the ground, I guess I may be leaving my "healers role" and, well, for the first time in the 17 games I've played so far, doing my best to kill as much as possible :)
I still haven't written up my last two games, I'm slacking.
*sigh*
Volunteering at the High Falls Film Festival tonight

Bla bla bla bla bla
Sorry, there weren't any questions in there...
Hmmm....
Planning on going to see any movies at all this weekend? Maybe at the HFFF?
I dunno, just trying to ask something :)

Date: 2005-11-12 06:07 am (UTC)And honestly? You might find it interesting that I just can't wrap my head around that concept enough to grok it. Sorry. I'm creative....but that broke my brain.
