Things I am grateful for this week:

Nice weather

The puppy play date went well

People realizing that Hillary Clinton has gone insane

We booked a trip to go to Disney in late July/early August

So did my parents

Being able to talk to old friends via email when I'm missing them in real life

My garden is growing nice and big, quickly

Making new friends through the local gaming shop community

I'm sure there's more, but that's what I have right now.

Yeah, definitely. Sorry I didn't credit it, but it seemed like a good idea. I'm having some weather-and-caffeine-related problems at the moment, so I thought this reminder was a great idea. :)

And no. I don't know why I keep drinking the coffee in the morning, knowing that the caffeine is going to screw with my head later. No idea at all.

Well, that would be fantastic, but they don't allow us into that area, so I won't be having any of those. For insurance reasons, they aren't allowed to let anybody but staff into the big-dog room.

I do know that they take pictures of the dogs from time to time for use on their website, so I might ask that if they do that, in order for me to give them permission to use the pictures, I'd like a copy.

Blame my brother for getting married July 31st. If I had any input into his life I'd try to explain to him that there are so many things wrong with that, it's not funny.

We were thinking of doing half Disney, half cruise, but then realized that it's a very real possibility that we could get stuck in port somewhere as a hurricane rocked on by.

It's pretty still early in the storm season, but year.

If you need to, tell your brother (s'truth) I LEAVE during the last weeks of July/first weeks of August and I'm a diehard native. Boy's not right. Possibly in the head.

Nothing I can do about it at this point. Wedding's already booked, and so is our vacation. We're at the point where, even if he cancels the wedding, we're still going.

We're figuring we have nice air conditioned rooms to retreat to, and good food in air conditioned restaurants. Even if it's super stupid hot, we'll find a way to be comfortable.
