jmfargoIt's quiet out today. Some crackling thunder off in the distance, the patter of rain on our metal trellises. For some reason my neighbors are out in their back yard despite the rain with a very low-key party going on. The sky is even a cool shade of light yellow.
All-in-all, it's quiet, soothing, and relaxing. I love a good thunderstorm, especially when you get the rolling thunder from a distance echoing off the hills around you. It's comforting.
I'm still sick though. Thankfully this should all just lull me to sleep while Maria goes and plays in our regular Saturday D&D game.
The dogs are nervous, but as long as they keep quiet and nervous, I'll be happy.
