Damn It

So freakin' tired. The dog woke us up at 2am with his shaking and whining. Fine, he had to go out, so I brought him. After he did his thing outside, instead of going to bed in the normal bedroom I decided that Maria deserved a bit of sleep, and I brought Won Ton into the spare bedroom. I then attempted to sleep. He, on the other hand, attempted to keep me up.

He won. Big surprise, he's sleeping right now. Pardon me while I go poke him a few times.

Now my throat is scratchy, I have a headache, I'm tired as all hell, and I think I'm getting sick. Not sleeping well last night is weighing pretty heavily on me. Oh man, does today suck.

Still going to use the stationary bike, and do some of my workouts. Just maybe not as much as I originally planned.

Do any of my local friends have an excersize DVD they don't mind lending me? I'd even go for a VHS. Anyone?

Well, today could have been better, but it wasn't all that bad. I spent some time on the bike, but ate way more than I should have.

"Only a whole pizza," as Maria puts it.

It was small. I was hungry.

Despite already being stupid about this, I have high hopes. I have found something that I think will help me lose weight! There's this miracle substance, I believe it's called "water." If you drink enough of it, your body doesn't have ~room~ for too much food! So, I'm going to take two large glasses of water before every meal, and try to drink throughout the day as well. Along with a rigorous workout, I think this will do wonders.
